Asimov's E-Commerce Oracle
An AI-powered conversational agent that analyzes product reviews for niche e-commerce stores, providing actionable insights and predicting customer purchase behavior.
Inspired by the predictive and analytical nature of Asimov's Foundation series and the need for clear, direct information in 'Interstellar,' this project aims to create a niche e-commerce solution. The core idea is a 'Conversational Interface' scraper that targets product review sections on smaller, specialized e-commerce platforms (e.g., Etsy for artisanal goods, specific hobbyist sites, or niche book sellers). The scraper will collect review data, which is then processed by a Natural Language Processing (NLP) model trained to identify sentiment, recurring themes, pain points, and positive attributes. This analysis goes beyond simple star ratings, acting as an 'Oracle' for sellers. It will offer concise, conversational summaries of customer feedback, highlighting what customers love, what they dislike, and what they are wishing for. For example, a seller might ask, 'What are customers saying about the durability of these handcrafted leather wallets?' and the AI would respond, 'Customers generally praise the craftsmanship and aesthetic, but several mention concerns about the stitching fraying after prolonged use. Many wish for a slightly larger card slot.'
