Instead of direct, often intrusive offers, 'Dream Weaver' acts as an AI layer within existing Hotel Management Systems (HMS).
Concept: Leveraging principles from 'E-Commerce Pricing' where understanding customer psychology drives purchasing decisions, and the layered realities of 'Inception,' 'Dream Weaver' builds a subtle, personalized 'dream' for each guest's stay. It analyzes booking data (room type, duration, travel companions, stated purpose of stay) and integrates with optional pre-arrival questionnaires or even past stay data to infer psychological profiles. For example, a business traveler booking a last-minute room might be subtly offered an early check-in or a quiet room with premium Wi-Fi. A couple celebrating an anniversary might receive a notification suggesting a room upgrade with a 'romantic package' or a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered upon arrival, framed as a 'special welcome.'
How it Works:
