Inspired by the predictive science of Asimov's Foundation, the fragmented realities of 12 Monkeys, and the need for personalized health information highlighted by health content scrapers, 'Sybil's Prophecies' provides users with a tangible and personalized representation of their potential future health risks. The project begins with scraping publicly available health articles and research papers, creating a knowledge base linking lifestyle choices, genetic predispositions (if provided), and environmental factors to specific health conditions.
Users input their age, gender, basic lifestyle details (diet, exercise, smoking habits), and potentially family history (optional, with privacy safeguards). An AI algorithm, trained on the scraped health data, analyzes this information to predict potential future health risks. This prediction is then translated into a stylized 3D model. For example, increased risk of cardiovascular disease might be represented by a stylized heart model with areas of stress or blockage visually emphasized. Bone density loss could be shown in a skeletal model with areas of fragility. Mental health indicators might be represented abstractly using color and texture variations on a brain model.
